Grounded in clinical training, therapy holds the whole process — making creative work safe, intentional, and lasting.
My approach
I bring together a Ph.D. in counseling, an MFA in creative writing, ongoing study in fine art, and my own lived experience of healing. I do not ask you to choose between feeling and making — I help you use both.
